Who We Are
Amity Healthcare Staffing is a healthcare recruitment agency in Indiana, providing comprehensive staffing solutions fit to the needs of the companies we partner with. After 15 years of working as a Registered Nurse and spending 6 of those years in a staffing agency, our agency’s owner saw the large gap in the level of care supplemental staff in staffing agencies provided. Hence, our company was created with the vision of changing the current landscape of the healthcare staffing industry by bridging the gap between capable job seekers and healthcare facilities.
What makes us different from our competitors is that in the ever-changing face of health care, we provide an innovative approach to identifying the needs of each facility we partner with. As much as possible, we pair them with care partners who best fit their current needs. Our leading executives were recently working in direct patient care at facilities.
